A curated selection of LX scoping documents for my module on e-mail prioritization techniques.

These slides capture my thinking process as I moved through the analysis and design stage of the project. I used Moore’s action mapping technique to focus on measurable outcomes, developed multiple learner personas, articulated learning outcomes that match with those of Bloom’s Taxonomy, and laid out the modular framework and modality. Later slides demonstrate my interest in the use of scenarios and storytelling and also highlight the multimedia course flow. The last slide is a basic wireframe of the course module.
